Biography

Wuyi Adetoyi serves as the Lead Consultant for Operational Strategy & Value Delivery at Core Fusion Consult, where he oversees strategic direction and operational execution across all departments. With over a decade of cross-industry experience, he brings a strong track record of optimizing business performance, driving cost efficiencies, and leading large-scale initiatives that create lasting value for both public and private sector clients.

Throughout his career, Wuyi has led transformational projects in procurement, logistics, supply chain management, construction operations, and investment facilitation. He has successfully managed complex negotiations, built high-performing teams, and implemented innovative systems and processes that improve outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance. His work spans organizations such as the Canadian Department of National Defense, Lafarge, Dufferin Construction, and CRH, where he consistently delivered measurable results.

At Core Fusion Consult, Wuyi plays a central role in aligning strategy with execution across infrastructure development, consulting, project management, and investor relations. His ability to develop integrated solutions and forge strategic partnerships has been instrumental in positioning CFC as a trusted advisor and implementation partner for high-impact projects in Canada, Nigeria, and beyond.

Wuyi holds a Master of Management in Logistics and Supply Chain from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Carleton University.
